Fried Boiled Potatoes

As we know that potato is king of all vegetables

So I m here to share common recipe of potato

This is nutritious and healthy for kids and other family member  too

Ingredients

Boiled Potato – 2cup

Chopped onion -1medium

Chopped tomato -1medium

Chopped garlic -1sp

Chopped ginger -1tsp

Turmeric powder – ½sp

Coriander powder -1sp

Cumin seeds -1sp

Mustard oil -1tsp

Salt as per taste
Method

Take a cooking pot pour mustard oil

Put cumin seeds and weight for its crackling

Add onion and fry till it will not get light brown

Put garlic follow with ginger and fry both

Add tomato follow with salt, turmeric powder ,coriander powder 

After mixed them together close the lid for 5 m at medium flame

After 5m all ingredients have mixed and melted 

At that time add boiled potatoes and fry to 5m

Garnish with coriander

Serve with poori,chapati ,paratha bread and bun

 If you wants to add green chilly /chilly powder you can put on it. I skipped because I loves to eat raw green chilly or chilly flakes always  .Moreover my toddler don’t like spicy.
